Neurodiversity

Young male and an older female, making a high five gesture with other people, whose faces are not pictured

Neurodiversity affects a significant number of people, to varying degrees and in different ways. We work with our neurodiverse team members to have a better understanding of how their conditions can have a positive impact on our ways of working. By valuing differences as strengths, we aim to create a productive and effective workforce.

Making adjustments can remove barriers to allow you to make the most of your talents and enable everyone to feel valued and accepted at work.
