Training and education

At Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCS), we believe a highly trained workforce is crucial to our success.

Our training and education team ensure you get the right education, training and continuing professional development to support you in your role and give you the tools to progress.

Our vision is to develop our staff to deliver excellence, with the aim of providing safe, high-quality care to our diverse communities.

We have three different work streams within the training department:

  • Mandatory training
  • Professional education (pre and post-registration education)
  • Skills development

Think QI is a three-step approach developed by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCS) to support continuous improvement. It also offers a dynamic training programme called QI Academy
