Progress to date:
- Key focus has been on workforce modelling and pipeline, communities of practice, recruitment and retention of staff.
- Lucy Dennis (Strategic Workforce Lead) and Claire D’Agostino (AD for AHP) have joined the group to support the delivery of the workstream objectives.
- Draft workforce plan created and shared with the group, tasks include – refresh of current SaLT staffing profile, map SaLT career pathway, staff feedback and engagement, draft and agree options appraisal for SaLT staffing model.
- Two staff surveys have been created. One is to understand and support career development and the other is to understand the opportunities for building a community of practice sessions across the service.
